Led the creation of a national recovery engagement platform using exponential technology. Connected champions, content creators, and individuals in recovery in a scalable digital ecosystem. Spearheaded systems transformation, platform value development, and behavioral health strategy.
Executive Director, CeDAR & Behavioral Health Service Line
University of Colorado Hospital
Oversaw the CeDAR addiction treatment center with a $10M+ budget and broader UCH Behavioral Health Service Line. Led growth initiatives, including expanding residential and outpatient programs, launching a nationally recognized Addiction Medicine service, and integrating trauma-informed and gender-responsive models. Raised philanthropic support and pioneered digital and research infrastructure.
Executive Director of Treatment Services
Pavillon
Led all clinical and operational services in a recovery center with $7M budget. Oversaw strategic planning, clinical quality, licensing, marketing, and workforce development. Led regional collaboration and national thought leadership.
Clinical Director & Director of Strategic Planning
Hanley-Hazelden Center
Directed clinical operations at a nationally renowned 92-bed recovery center under the Hazelden Foundation. Managed all residential, outpatient, detox, wellness, and education programs. Served on strategic leadership team and directed all services in Executive Director’s absence. Provided clinical supervision and program innovation, helping position Hanley-Hazelden as a national leader in addiction recovery.
